EPOCH® Glacial Marine Mud gently removes dead skin cells, draws out impurities and toxins, and rejuvenates skin with 50+ beneficial minerals and trace elements contained in the marine mud from a remote glacial estuary in the Pacific Northwest.

Usage tips: apply a rich layer of mud to skin, avoiding mouth and eye areas. Let it dry 15 to 20 minutes or until it turns a light aquamarine color. Rinse with warm water. Use 2-3 times a week. See what it does to the blackheads and oily pores!

🌊Glacial Marine Mud (Sea Silt) draws out impurities and toxins. The basic molecular structure of this mud is negatively charged. Positively charged impurities bind to the mud’s negative charge and can then be rinsed away, leaving skin cleansed and detoxified without robbing it of precious moisture.

🌊rejuvenates visibly stressed skin with more than 50 beneficial minerals and trace elements including Copper, Zinc, Magnesium, Silver, Chromium and many others.

🌊sustainably and responsibly sourced: all Canadian governmental regulations are followed in the extraction of the mud. Every day, the mud is covered by 8–10 foot tides. When the tides go out, the mud is mined. The upper layer of mud is removed, and the mud is harvested from a 3–4 foot depth to ensure consistency. All holes are then filled with rocks and the top layer of mud is replaced. The mud is constantly replenished from the tides and nearby mountain springs and is located in a very remote area — two and a half hours by Jeep on a dirt road and two hours by boat from the closest road.

$0.25 from every purchase is donated to the Force for Good Foundation.

FAQs

Q: Is Glacial Marine Mud an ethnobotanical?

Ethnobotanicals are plants or herbs that are tied to a region and its people, so Glacial Marine Mud doesn’t strictly fall into this group. This unique ingredient does, however, fit with other Epoch® products, because it has a rich traditional history of use in the Pacific Northwest to help condition and rejuvenate skin.

Q: Will Epoch Glacial Marine Mud stain fabrics?

Yes. Be careful when applying and washing off the mud. It can stain clothes, washcloths, and other fabrics it may come in contact with.
